采用多托盤堆垛的方式進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)料，由兩軸伺服的堆垛機(jī)器人進(jìn)行各個(gè)托盤間的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)，各個(gè)料位的分度也由堆垛的機(jī)器人來完成，適合于儲(chǔ)存盤類、軸類、箱體類、異形件等零件，適用范圍廣，托盤可以整垛轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)，可以非常靈活地整合到工廠的物流系統(tǒng)中。

This system adopts multi-tray stacking mode for storing materials. Two-axis servo stacking robots perform the transfer between the trays, and the indexing of each material level is also completed by the stacking robot. It is suitable for storage of discs, shafts, cabinets and special-shaped parts, with wide applications. The trays can be transported in an integrated manner and can be flexibly integrated into the logistics system of the factory.  

旋轉(zhuǎn)料倉由驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)、減速機(jī)，鏈條、托盤、舉升裝置和控制系統(tǒng)等構(gòu)成。料倉的旋轉(zhuǎn)采用減速機(jī)帶動(dòng)鏈條旋轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)，由傳感器控制料倉內(nèi)托盤的位置，物料的進(jìn)給采用電擊和減速機(jī)帶動(dòng)鏈條上的托板升降來實(shí)現(xiàn)，自動(dòng)料倉立的控制由獨(dú)立的PLC控制器完成。

The rotating silo consists of a drive motor, a reducer, a chain, a tray, a lifting device and a control system, etc. The silo is rotated by a chain driven a reducer. The position of the tray in the silo is controlled by the sensor. The feeding of the materials is realized by lifting and lowering the supporting plate on the chain driven by the motor and reducer, and the automatic silo is controlled by an independent PLC controller.
